We base delivery times on normal delivery conditions. As a result, delivery times are subject to change without notice.

 

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

  • Standard Delivery is $15

  • Delivery on average between 2-10 days

  • Tracking number will be provided upon request

Return Policy

At Mischief and Moonlight, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items

  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days and we’ll cover the return shipping.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at mischiefandmoonlight1@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back.
